EXHIBIT SET UP<\/strong>
\nExhibit setup will be Wednesday, August 14 from 3:30 PM until 5:30 PM.
\nYou will have access to the Exhibit Hall beginning at 3:30 pm on Wednesday. You may however come before 3:30 pm to get your boxes from the UPS store onsite if you are shipping things as this is often time consuming. You are also able to bring your boxes with you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nFriday 7:15 am-5:30 pm
\nSaturday 7:15 am-5:00 pm
\nSunday Exhibits (optional 7:15 am-12:00 pm Foot & Ankle Day)<\/p>\n

DISMANTLE<\/strong>
\nExhibit dismantle is requested no earlier than Saturday, August 17 at 5:00 pm. Please DO NOT dismantle prior to this scheduled time. All materials must be removed from the Exhibit Hall no later than Sunday at 1:00 pm.<\/p>\n

SHIPMENTS TO HOTEL<\/strong>
\nIf sent directly to the hotel the shipments must be shipped with a specific label as noted below. All shipments sent to hotel will be assessed a charge by the UPS store. It is recommended that you bring any boxes in yourself directly to the exhibit hall or have a courier deliver to the exhibit hall during set up time to avoid charges.<\/p>\n
